Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of manual technique that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the entire body and musculoskeletal framework; this includes joints, muscles and spine. Its aim is to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Osteopaths do not simply concentrate on treating the painful area, rather they use manual techniques and tests to balance all the systems of the body, to provide overall good health.

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.
