Nattokinase is an enzyme produced during the fermentation of a traditional Japanese condiment called natto, that helps to support cardiovascular system health. Natto is boiled soybeans that have been fermented with a type of probiotic bacteria (Bacillus subtilis).

Adults (19 years and over): Take one capsule once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation or if you have a bleeding disorder. Consult a health care practitioner if you have a cardiovascular, kidney or liver disorder, if you are taking any medications, or for use beyond four weeks. Stop using this product seven days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery or if you suffer from an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding. This product contains soy and corn, do not use if you have a soy and/or corn allergy.
