Return Policy

Returns in person:

Returns, refunds and exchanges of unopened products in their original condition can be processed in person at our center within 60 days after the purchase date.

 

Returns by mail:

Ship the new, unopened product in a bubble mailer or in a well packed box, with your name, phone number and order #, to:

Once received, please allow a delay of 1-3 business days to process the refund (if returned by mail) in the original form of payment. 

 

*Please note: shipping fees will be at the expense of the consumer. Consumer is also responsible that the postal service will deliver to the respective shipping location. We encourage you to keep the mailing receipt with tracking number for this reason.

 

Please note the following:

- A full refund will be offered upon receipt of returned unopened items. Not including the shipping fees (if applicable)

- All returns or exchanges require proof of purchase
