This seminar is not your typical event!
Participants will receive everything they need to break the cycle and achieve success with their lifestyle habits. We will measure body composition using a medical-grade device with upgraded features, providing detailed insights into body fat, lean mass, calorie burn, visceral fat, water weight, and cell functioning.
The 6-week transformation coaching seminar includes two measurements. The first measurement will take place on the night of the coaching seminar, and the second exactly 6 weeks later.
Attendees will receive guidance on making and sticking to good habits, breaking old habits, and implementing proper nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Participants will walk away with recipes, checklists, and tools to make lasting changes in just 6 weeks. They will also be added to a private instagram page to have direct communication with Jennifer (Naturopath) & Gabriele (Personal Trainer) for program-related questions and to have access to 7 Instagram live virtual workouts per week (no equipment needed)! Education, guidance and shopping tips fill this page to further motivate this small online community.
3 workouts will be given by Gabriele Iacampo himself, co-owner of The Cave fitness studio. 3 other workouts will be given by Gabriele’s hand-picked team (Mat Pilates with Lisa, HIIT with Maya, Stretch and Mobility for Injury Prevention with Alessandro, Athletic Therapist/Bachelors in Exercise Science). Finally, once per week there will be a virtual Yoga class with one of Montreal’s most experienced Yoga instructors, Tania Di Tommaso.
These daily workout videos will be saved on the page to be viewed at a convenient time and are suitable for all levels of fitness. No equipment is required, Although dumbbells are encouraged for 3 out of the 7 workouts.
An optional add-on service is available for those who want to enhance their experience with personalized grocery store accompaniment with Claudia Sayegh, ND at Marche Tau in Laval.
The seminar is open to two groups, with the opportunity for one person to win a 1-month unlimited access to the Laval wellness room relaxation experience, and a $1000 gift card to Centre de Solution Santé for the most progress made.
