When not performed virtually, this service includes a body composition analysis with a state of the art medical-grade device known as the Inbody 570.

This allows you and your practitioner to go beyond the scale and understand how your body weight is distributed, enabling progress tracking at the most precise level. Your results will display your body fat, lean mass, water weight as well as information about visceral fat and metabolism. It showcases the broken down amount of muscle and fat in each arm, leg, and the trunk of the body. 

For the highest accuracy, it is recommended to be evaluated when the individual is not menstruating, has been fasting for 3 hours, avoids caffeine and alcohol 12 hours prior to testing, and avoids very intense exercise 24 hours before testing.
