Immune Support Supplements
Immune support supplements help the body do what it already does well. This collection, our largest, includes vitamin D3, which helps maintain immune function; zinc, a factor in the maintenance of good health and immune function; vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps maintain immune function; and botanical and bee-derived products such as elderberry and propolis used in traditional practice for seasonal support.

Our naturopaths choose with the whole family in mind. Products must be practitioner-grade and licensed with a Health Canada NPN, offer forms the body absorbs well (D3 with K2, liposomal vitamin C, chelated zinc), and come from brands that publish third-party testing where they state it. Seasonal favourites are restocked ahead of autumn.
Top brands in this category include ATP Lab, Cymbiotika and NFH. Best sellers are ATP Lab Vitamin D3 + K2, Cymbiotika Liposomal Vitamin C and ATP Lab SynerZinc.

Frequently asked questions
When should I start seasonal immune support?
Many of our clients begin in early autumn, when daylight shortens and vitamin D status starts to fall, and continue through spring. Daily basics such as vitamin D3 and zinc are easy to maintain year-round; botanical products are often added for shorter periods.
Is liposomal vitamin C better than regular vitamin C?
Liposomal vitamin C is designed to be absorbed more efficiently than plain ascorbic acid, which can be hard on the stomach at higher amounts. If you tolerate standard vitamin C well, it remains a good option. Your naturopath can suggest which suits your routine.
Are these products suitable for children?
Some are, at age-appropriate doses, and we carry dedicated children's formulas in our kids' collection. Always check the label age range and consult a health care practitioner before giving supplements to children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
