Frequently asked questions
Are you an authorised Bio Lonreco retailer?
We are. Our store sources Bio Lonreco directly through the brand's authorised Canadian distribution channel, so every unit you receive is genuine, correctly stored and well within its expiry date. Buying from an authorised retailer also keeps the manufacturer's quality guarantee intact.
Are Bio Lonreco homeopathic remedies licensed in Canada?
Homeopathic medicines sold in Canada are reviewed by Health Canada and carry a DIN-HM number on the label, while the nutritional products carry an NPN. Both numbers confirm the product has been assessed for safety and quality before being sold.
Do you ship across Canada, and is shipping free?
Yes. Every Bio Lonreco order ships from our warehouse to any address in Canada, and orders over $99 ship free. Smaller orders pay a flat rate at checkout, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our store.
