Claudia is known for her thoughtful, practical, and highly personalized approach to wellness. She holds a five-year naturopathic diploma from the Institut d’Enseignement en Science Naturopathique, where she built a strong foundation in nutrition, lifestyle science, and natural health strategies.
During and after her studies, Claudia also worked as a supplements consultant for 6 years, an experience that gave her valuable hands-on insight into the real-world concerns people face—fatigue, digestion, stress, hormonal shifts, and more. This combination of clinical knowledge and lived client experience shaped her approach: clear, informed, and always grounded in what’s realistic and sustainable.
