Experience the healing power of sound baths at our wellness center. A sound bath uses various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, to create soothing sounds and vibrations.
As you lay down and immerse yourself in the waves of sound, you will enter a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
The pure tones produced by the bowls resonate with different energy centers in the body, helping to restore balance and harmony.
Each instrument has its own unique sound and vibration, contributing to the overall well-being and rebalancing effect of the nervous system.
Sound baths have been known to reduce stress, anxiety, and promote overall well-being. Join us for a transformative journey of sound and relaxation.
Instruments used during the sound bath are 432hz frequency. This frequency is said to be associated to the pineal gland, responsible for melatonin production, which controls the body’s natural sleep cycle and may also aid in protecting your body’s cells and nervous system against damage or disease.*
