PROGRAM & EVENT DETAILS
This is not your typical seminar.
Participants will receive everything they need to help break the cycle and build more consistent nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits over the course of 6 weeks.
We will measure body composition using an advanced medical-grade device with upgraded features, providing detailed insights into body fat, lean mass, calorie burn, visceral fat, water weight and cell functioning.
The 6-Week Program includes two body composition measurements. The first measurement takes place at the beginning of the program and the second at the end of the 6 weeks.
Participants will receive guidance on building and maintaining better habits, breaking old patterns and implementing practical nutrition and lifestyle changes.
You’ll also receive recipes, checklists, tools and ongoing education designed to help make lasting changes over the 6-week period.
Participants will be added to a private Instagram page with direct access to Jennifer, Naturopath, and Gabriele, Personal Trainer, for program-related questions.
The private Instagram page also includes DAILY virtual fitness workout videos, which are saved to the platform so they can be completed at your convenience. Participants will also have access to a growing library of more than 200 workouts from previous waves.
Education, guidance, shopping tips and ongoing motivation will also be shared throughout the 6 weeks to help support the community and keep everyone accountable.
A friendly optional step challenge will also run throughout the program for anyone who wants a little extra motivation and accountability.
Within the virtual workout schedule, daily workouts are led by Gabriele Iacampo, co-owner of The Cave fitness studio.
All daily workout videos are saved on the private Instagram page and can be completed whenever it works best for you. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. No equipment is required, although dumbbells are encouraged for 3 of the 7 workouts.
