Rosemary is a shrubby perennial plant originating from the maquis, scrubland and rockeries of the Mediterranean basin . Nowadays, it is cultivated in many countries.

Manual
Adults 18 years and over: Drink 1 ampoule (15 ml) daily with a small glass of water in the morning or before breakfast, or dilute in 1 L of water to drink throughout the day, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
