Liposomal Vitamin C
Liposomal Vitamin C provides this key foundational nutrient formulated with liposomal technology. Liposomes are spheres made of phospholipids—the primary building blocks of cell membranes. Owing to this structure, liposomes bond easily with cell membranes to facilitate intracellular delivery of their nutrient cargo. Thanks to this enhanced delivery and absorption, nutrients delivered in liposomal form offer superior absorption and bioavailability.
Each 5 mL serving (approximately 1 teaspoon) of this lemon flavored formula provides 1000 mg vitamin C, as sodium ascorbate. The 130 mg sodium per serving helps to further facilitate absorption of vitamin C.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 5 mL (approx. 1 teaspoon) and hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

NPN Use Claim:
Used in traditional Herbal Medicine as an alterative to help relieve skin conditions such as mild acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
Dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you are taking immunosuppressants, cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications; if you have faecal impaction; if you have a kidney disorder, an autoimmune disorder, a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection; if you are taking other medications or have a medical condition. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
Contraindications: Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, hemorrhoids; if you have a chronic gastrointestinal disorder, abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhoea; if you are taking Digoxin. Laxative effect may occur. Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. allergy) have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
