How do I use them?

  2. Place the packs on your chest, securing them to a bra using the easy button with elastic
  3. Wear for 1 hour.

Will it fit me?

The Chest Castor Oil Pack (Small) fit roughly A-C cup sizes. For sizes D and up, the Chest Castor Oil Pack(Large) may be a better fit.
