Iron (ferrous gluconate) ..... 16 mg
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) (d-Pantothenic) ..... 5 mg
Thiamine (vitamin B1) ..... 4.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) ..... 3 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) (riboflavin-5-phosphate; sodium salt) ..... 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) ..... 10 mcg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, beef liver (heme iron source), caramel, cherry flavour, citric acid, ethyl alcohol, glycerine, benzoic acid, sucrose, sorbitol.

- Adolescents 12 to 18 years old take 1/2 ampoule (5 ml) per day.
- Women > 50 years old take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
- Men 18 years and older take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
- Women 19-15 years old take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
- Pregnant women take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
- All age groups or take as recommended by a health care practitioner.
For all age groups take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Can be mixed with juice or water.
Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs.
